Work has been going on feverishly to get the obsolescence upgrades to this development board into final release, stuff components and get example firmware developed to demonstrate the basic features and capability of this neat little board.
Currently, the new design is complete and a proof has been built to test code.
The example code is near complete with blinking LED’s, button readings and serial port communications – all demonstrating low power sleep mode of the awesome MSP430 by demonstrating use of the autonomous peripherals and interrupts. The final piece in folding in support for the SD24 peripheral – a 24-bit differential-input analog to digital converter. Stay tuned for another update soon.
